Individual Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS
A deposit of $330.00 per person (or that requested by principal) required at the time of booking. Payment of deposit signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions. Passenger names must be booked exactly as appears in passport.

BAGGAGE
The free baggage allowance on the flights is restricted to 20kgs per person and, whilst on tour, one bag per person.

CANCELLATIONS & OTHER FEES
Cancellations of firm bookings will incur an administration fee (minimum $55.00 per person or more if required by principal). Cancellations received within 6 weeks of departure date will be subject to a $330.00 per person service fee plus any charges imposed by principals involved in operating the tour. Therefore the cancellation fee may be up to the total tour cost for land/or airfares. Once travel has commenced, refunds will not be forthcoming if a service is not used because of late arrival, early departure or passengers choice. International Destinations does not authorize any overseas supplier to promise refunds on our behalf. No responsibility is taken for cancellations of any arrangements made directly by the passengers or their travel agent (other than International Destinations) regardless of whether written proof is given.Should a confirmed reservation be amended a fee of $33.00 may be charged. Bookings made within 14days of departure may incur a late booking fee. If it is necessary to re-issue documentation, a fee of $33.00 plus any express postage fee may be applied. Courier fees for requested visa issuance or document delivery are additional.

INSURANCE
We strongly advise passengers to take out insurance cover against loss of deposit and loss of airfares, personal accident, medical cover etc. Your consultant will be happy to provide details of excellent quality cover.

PASSPORT & VISA
It is necessary for all passengers to be in possession of a valid passport with at least six months validity remaining from last country visited. Passengers must check with the travel consultant regarding necessary visae.

ALTERATION OF FARES
Tour prices specified are based on airfares & land arrangement, tariffs, applicable at the time of printing. The prices are therefore subject to alteration with/without notice.

PROVISION FOR GST
Australian GST applies to reservation deposit, amendment and cancellation fees. Overseas arrangements are not affected.

RESPONSIBILITY
International Destinations reserves the right to amend any tours should the occasion demand. Also, if there are insufficient bookings to cancel the tour. International Destinations does not accept liability for failure on the part of transportation companies, hotel contractors and other principals whose responsibility is confined to their own operations. International Destinations reserves the right to alter hotels used should the necessity arise. The transportation companies or firms shall be exempt from all liabilities in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, loss of enjoyment due to bad weather etc, sickness or injury however and by whom so ever caused and whatever kind occurring of or to the passenger at any time when the passenger is not on board a conveyance used or operated by the transportation companies or firms. All ticket coupons and orders are furnished and issued subject in all respects to those terms and conditions under which the means of transportation or other services provided thereby are offered or supplied by the owners, operators, public carriers, management agents.
